Operating the MCBA Battery Analyzer
The MCBA Battery Analyzer accomplishes a detailed capacity test in 3 to 6 hours with less than 10 minutes of setup time. The rest is automatic, including retained records and a complete report.
Operation
When battery profiles are completed using Total Battery Management (TBM) software, initiating a test is simple. Each test setup takes 8-10 minutes. Once started, tests are automated until the audio-visual alarm signals the end of the test.
While in progress, the video monitor displays individual cell voltages, total battery voltage, load current, temperature, elapsed time and test start date and time. Pre-test and post-test Digital Hydrometer readings are easily downloaded and become part of the test report.
Test results & spreadsheets are archived to a comprehensive data file for benchmarking capacity test comparisons. Previous tests are stored for printing as needed.
